Tim Richter has been a human resource and talent acquisition executive since 2001, with specialization in construction, engineering, architecture and disaster recovery. His ability to consult and evaluate client needs allows him to provide an in-depth targeted approach and deliver a successful outcome. This is reflected by his lasting relationships and proven track record with over 150 clients.
Tim is a results and team-oriented executive. He values dedication, hard work, honesty, straight talk, human development and having fun. He believes the best idea wins regardless of origin, efficient process is important, and in a service industry he only wins when his clients win.
Before starting Richter Resources, Tim spent 15+ years with one of the largest staffing firms in North America. He successfully piloted and led the growth of a new construction division. He was responsible for that firm’s expansion into the emergency response and disaster relief industry. During an economic downturn, he led the consolidation and subsequent regrowth of the engineering and architecture division for the same firm.
After leaving that staffing firm, Tim spent 3 years working with a former construction client as their Director of Business & Resources. In this role, he worked hand and hand with the owner and led efforts in business development, marketing, human resources and talent acquisition.
Tim is a graduate of Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
